The helper isn't finding my posts

• Open your own profile on x.com and scroll slowly. The small badge counts posts as they appear.
• Open plumyra.com in the same browser and the same profile where the helper is installed, then reload the tab.
• In chrome://extensions, open the helper's Details and set Site access to "On all sites".
• Still stuck? Click the helper's icon, choose Copy for Plumyra, and paste it into Plumyra's helper step.

The X app has no "Download this report" button

That's expected. In Plumyra, choose Get X's report and type in what the report shows. On the X website you can download the file instead.

Delete my data

In Plumyra, open the menu and choose Start over. In the helper, choose Clear, or remove the extension. Nothing is kept on our servers. See Privacy.
